QuikSpot is an on-demand parking platform, working with a number of local home and property owners to provide our members with quick and easy parking options. After registering, owners must go through a verification process, to ensure the spot listings accuracy, the owners identity, ownership details and banking information. The verification process is seamless, no further action is required from the owner after registering. Once verified, you will be notified. Our parking providers earn money with little to no effort.

Schedule your spots availability when you're not using it on a reoccuring or one-time basis. Control your earnings by setting your own rates, by the hour, day, week or month. Stay updated and always be notified of upcoming reservations of your spot. Need your spot back? Cancel at any point and we'll notify the renter that they need to depart. Enjoy scheduled payouts on a customizable frequency, or on demand when you need your money.

How it works

In the event, information is inaccurate, unverifiable or missing, a member of our Verification & Quality team will reach out to you via email.

  • Step 1

    Sign up on our app and fill out the Rent your Parking Spot form to add your spot to our listings.

  • Step 2

    After we verify your parking spots information, we'll make your spot available and bring renters to you.

  • Step 3

    When you get a booking, you'll receive a message from us with important details regarding the renter and duration of their stop.

  • Step 4

    When the booking is over, your earnings will be deposited to your account on the next payout period. Done!

With QuikSpot, our members are registered and automatically billed for their reservations, no face-to-face contact required. No long term commitment needed for your spot, rent it when you like and hide it whenever you want. QuikSpot also makes it easy to communicate with your renter throughout their reservation via messaging within the app. We understand the unexpected happens sometimes, if you ever need to end a reservation early, you can cancel and re-claim your spot. If a renter overstays their welcome, we notify them and you earn for the duration of the overstay.

View the rates of other nearby parking providers and set competitive pricing.

Rent your spot during peak hours (3pm-7pm) to get the most for your space.

Charge more for spots with special features: gated, handicap accessible, etc.

Contact-free & safe

You will never have to interact with your renter. If you don't want renters on your property, you can rent out your driveway entrance on the street-side curb.

Cancel anytime

Has your parking spots availability changed? Hide your spot listing anytime and cancel reservations whenever you need your spot.

Need to get in touch with your renter, QuikSpot has a built in messaging service to keep you in touch with your renter.

Pricing

QuikSpot is completely free to sign-up and use. We're commission-based and only earn when we make you money. Our rate is:

15 % Per Booking*

We charge an additional 10% for on-demand payouts.

Payouts are customizable and can be set to a daily, weekly or monthly frequency.
