Our mobile app makes it easy for our business partners to create an account, get approved, add/manage their spots and start earning today. We're making it easier than ever to schedule & secure more business, with minimal effort.
QuikSpot works in a very similar fashion for both residential and commercial properties. Once you sign up, you can start adding your parking spots by navigating to the "Rent your Parking Spot" option in the main menu. You will be prompted for a number of details on the spot, including location, size capacity, rates etc.
Once your first spot is added, you will need to add additional details regarding your business entity as well as banking info used for depositing money to your account. After registering, owners must go through a verification process, to ensure the spot listings accuracy, the owners identity, ownership details and banking information. The verification process is seamless, no further action is required from the owner after registering*. Once verified, our parking providers earn money with little to no effort.

Pricing
We charge an additional 10% for on-demand payouts.
Payouts are customizable and can be set to a daily, weekly or monthly frequency.
